Product Introduction

The NS2005 series of high-hardness superhydrophobic inorganic coatings utilizes advanced high-reactive molecules. In air environments, it can absorb oxygen and react with moisture to form a dense, high-hardness protective coating, with excellent hydrophobic and anti-staining properties, facilitating easy surface cleaning. Additionally, the coating exhibits flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance, UV resistance, and other functions.

Technical Characteristics

 

  1. Water-based and environment-friendly. 
  2. Can be applied with organic or inorganic coating primers and offers rich color options. 
  3. The hydrophobic, high-hardness surface allows pollutants to be removed by rinsing. 
  4. Dries at room temperature, suitable for large-area construction.  

 

 

  1. Stain resistance: resists oil, dust, and the growth of microorganisms; is self-cleaning, non-sticky, and easy to clean; and can be scrubbed repeatedly.
  2. Salt spray resistance: It can effectively solve the problem of the erosion from perennial salt spray on the surface of buildings and metal substrates in coastal seaports and wharf areas.
  3. Antibacterial and mildew-proof: the surface is not moldy and spotted after coating, which can effectively solve the problems faced by hospitals, food processing and other industries and humid environments (basements, swimming pools, and coastal areas).
  4. Acid rain resistance: In areas with severe acid rain, it can effectively resist acid rain erosion and protect building walls and stones from being damaged.
  5. Wash-resistant: Anti-graffiti properties are long-lasting and effective, which can effectively solve the problems of pasting small advertisements and graffiti, and solve the problem of urban “psoriasis”.
